Commercial Plumbing Estimation Expert Needed

I am putting together several upcoming commercial builds and need an experienced plumbing estimator to prepare accurate numbers I can forward directly to my GC and finance team. For every project I will supply plans, fixture schedules and spec sheets; your job is to turn those documents into a clear, line-item estimate that covers:

• Material costs
• Labor costs (with crew hours and rates)
• Total project cost, combining the two above

Each estimate must include all relevant systems in the drawings—water supply, drainage and gas piping—so that nothing is left for change-orders later on. I’m open to office towers, retail spaces or light-industrial jobs, so expect a mix of pipe sizes, backflow devices, grease interceptors and roof drains.

Preferred output: one editable spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) per project, plus a brief narrative that flags any design assumptions, value-engineering ideas or scope gaps you notice.

Accuracy, speed and the ability to ask the right RFIs are more important to me than fancy graphics; if you have estimating software (Trimble, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, FastPIPE, etc.) mention it, but PDFs and spreadsheets are fine as long as the math is solid.

Once we complete the first take-off successfully I’ll line up the remaining jobs as separate milestones.
