Commercial Plumbing Consultancy
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Our new commercial development is entering detailed design, and the plumbing portion of the MEP package now needs specialist input. The core task is to review and refine the water supply, drainage and vent layouts so they are code-compliant, energy-efficient and fully coordinated with the other trades already modeled.
Scope of work
• Verify fixture counts, demand calculations and pipe sizing for water, waste and vent lines
• Recommend equipment types and locations—including pumps, heaters, back-flow devices and interceptors—suited to a multi-storey office environment
• Flag clashes or service conflicts in the current architectural/structural models (AutoCAD and Revit files are available)
• Deliver updated schematic drawings, a concise design report and a compliance checklist referencing local plumbing codes
Proposal requirements
Please send a detailed project proposal that outlines your methodology, key milestones, software you will use and the timeline you need to turn the above items around. Samples of similar commercial plumbing designs are welcome if they help illustrate your approach, but I am primarily evaluating the clarity and completeness of the proposal itself.
Final deliverables will be considered accepted once the revised drawings pass peer review and all code issues are closed out.
