Commercial Pipe Location & Inspection
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a plumbing professional who can come to my commercial building in Indianapolis as soon as possible and carry out a focused, pre-emptive check-up of both the incoming water service and outgoing sewer lines. This is strictly a locating and inspection job, not a full plumbing install.
Here’s what I require on site:
• Use your own locator to pinpoint the incoming water service line, confirm the pipe size, and verify the exact meter location.
• Trace the building’s sewer line to where it exits, confirm that pipe size as it heads to the main, and run a sewer camera the full length.
• Supply a clear video file of the camera inspection plus any on-screen distance or depth readings.
The building offers full access to all necessary areas, and there are no reported problems at the moment, though I can’t say for certain that nothing is brewing below grade—hence this preventative sweep.
Please reply with your earliest availability, how long you anticipate the work will take once on site, and your price for the entire scope, including equipment and digital delivery of the footage.
