G+3 Building Plumbing Layout
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a 40 ft × 60 ft plot and the structural drawings for a G + 3 residence are already frozen. What I now need is a complete wet-service package that translates the architecture into a fully coordinated plumbing scheme.
Building brief
• Ground Floor: common sump (Bore, Cauvery Municipal supply) only, with Municipal Supply Meter .
• First Floor: one 2 BHK unit (2 baths) and one 3 BHK unit (3 baths).
• Second & Third: duplex—second level has 1 full bath plus a powder room, third level has 4 full baths.
• Roof/Terrus: Three 1 RK studio units, each with its own bath.

Design preferences to respect
• Bathroom floors will be finished in Tiles.
• Water will be distributed from an Overhead tank fed by the ground-level sump.
• All fittings should remain in the Standard fixture range; no luxury or custom items assumed.
What I expect from you
1. Dimensioned bathroom layouts indicating fixture positions, floor slopes, trap depths and clean-out points.
2. Water supply design: pipe sizing, routing, riser diagrams, and tank connection details with working pressures indicated.
3. Drainage and soil system: stack layout, branch connections, manhole positions, invert levels and inspection chamber schedule.
4. Material specification sheet matching the standard-grade fixtures and piping you select.
5. A coordinated single-line composite that shows supply, waste and vent lines together to highlight any clashes with structure or HVAC.
Drawings must be delivered in PDF for review and in editable DWG/DXF. All calculations (demand load, pipe sizing, pump head) should be attached in an Excel or similar worksheet so that any future revisions are straightforward.
I will mark the job complete once the drawings pass a final check with my local code consultant and the quantities tie back to the bill of materials. I’m looking forward to a clean, buildable design packaged in a way my contractor can take straight to site.
