1,365 sq ft Boba Shop Floor & MEP Plans

Job ID: 39800799

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I’m taking over an existing storefront in South Ogden, Utah and turning it into a cozy boba shop. To secure the city permit I need a complete, code-compliant drawing package: a refreshed floor and ceiling plan plus full Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing sheets that satisfy the South Ogden building department.

Here is the framework you’ll be working with:
• The original as-built drawing of the previous tenant and my own sketch that marks out equipment locations will be in your hands on day one.
• Customer seating should feature booths and tables—please reflect clear circulation for guests and staff.
• The existing lighting layout will stay, but I need a load calculation and panel schedule that confirms capacity once the new appliances are factored in. Dedicated circuits are required for the fryer, cooktop, freezer and refrigerator.
• A kitchen hood must sit directly over the fryers; integrate make-up air, duct routing and any roof-penetration details the city expects.
• All mechanical, electrical and plumbing notes must reference current South Ogden code sections so the reviewer can check them quickly.

I’m looking for stamped (or at minimum professionally formatted) PDF and DWG sheets created in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or an equivalent platform. I’ll handle the city submittal, but I’ll need you on call for any red-line revisions until the permit is granted.

If this sounds like a straightforward job in your wheelhouse, let’s talk timeline and get rolling.
