AutoCAD Drafter for Plumbing & Sprinkler Design

Job Description

I am looking for an experienced AutoCAD drafter to replicate an existing plumbing and fire sprinkler plan for another residential building.

The new building is very similar to the original building but is smaller. The work primarily consists of copying the existing design and adjusting it to fit the new floor plans. All engineering design calculations will be performed by us.

Scope of Work
Copy the existing plumbing and fire sprinkler drawings to the new building plans to suit the new layout.
Adjust piping layouts to match the new floor plan geometry.
Relocate plumbing fixtures, risers, and sprinkler piping as required.
Maintain drawing organization, layers, blocks, text styles, and dimensions.
Keep the drawings clean and professional.
Coordinate all floor plans so the layouts remain consistent.

Files Provided
Existing AutoCAD plumbing and sprinkler drawings (source project)
PDF of the source project to see example final output drawing
New building architectural AutoCAD floor plans
Any required AutoCAD blocks and reference files

Requirements
Strong AutoCAD drafting skills
Experience with plumbing and/or fire sprinkler drawings
Ability to read architectural floor plans
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow an existing design rather than creating a new one
English communication

Deliverables
Updated AutoCAD (.DWG) files
PDF output of the drawing to confirm and markup for finalization
All layers and blocks maintained
Clean, organized drawings ready for engineering review

This is primarily a drafting project. Engineering calculations and code analysis are not required. The objective is to efficiently adapt an existing design to a similar building while maintaining drafting quality and accuracy.
