Apartment Plumbing System Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am in the planning stage of a new apartment building and need a complete plumbing system design that covers the entire structure, not just individual units. The scope includes cold and hot water supply, drainage, venting and any required pump or storage solutions so that the whole building operates efficiently and remains code-compliant.
Please base the work on standard building codes (let me know which you intend to use) and size all pipes, fittings and equipment accordingly. I will provide architectural floor plans once we start; in return I expect a coordinated set of plumbing drawings and supporting calculations that my contractor can take straight to construction.
Deliverables I’m looking for:
• Fully dimensioned plumbing layout drawings (PDF + editable CAD)
• Riser and schematic diagrams for water, waste and vent lines
• Pipe sizing and fixture unit calculations
• A concise materials/specification sheet for fixtures, valves, pumps or heaters you recommend
If you have recent experience designing multi-unit residential systems, I’d love to see a sample.
