build wordpress plugin -- 2

I need a Wordpress plugin has functions as follow:
- compatible with woocommerce
- front end:
- allow user paste link from taobao, 1688, jd, pingduoduo, tmall… to website
- website show product that that paste link to my site
- allow user checkout
- customer portal for their products
- … more when review freelancer plugin

Admin back end
- add or multiply amount for link that customer paste for check out
- add exchange rate
- one click for check out to website taobao… instead of customer
- report

i need a wordpress plugin with the same function
it's a buying agent website
allow customer to paste link from any website, and checkout with admin website.
and admin will know detail of products that customer select like size, color... and admin will help customer to buy the same product for customer.
lets say customer paste link from taobao.com to my site, the customer will see product completely the same taobao.com, so customer will select detail products and checkout, so customer will pay to admin. and during checkout, customer will see only total amount after convert exchange rate and add admin service fee.
for admin site will know see detail of products that customer selected like size or color..., and admin can checkout with the original website from taobao.com for customer.
