WooCommerce-Wordpress Plugin for KundenMeister

We need a wordpress Plugin which connects to our KundenMeister CRM.
The following function should work:

- Reading products and product-categories from KundenMeister and creating it as WooCommerce products
- Creating orders in KundenMeister
- Creating contacts after orders in KundenMeister
- Creating invoices in KundenMeister
- Re-Synching products as a cron-job

Products only should go FROM KundenMeister TO Wordpress.
The other objects like orders, invoices, contacts go from Wordpress to KundenMeister.
