I have a plug-in but need it to use an API - the developer made the plug-in but then disappeared after I made payment and didn’t completed.

Here is how it works

Order placed on website
WooCommerce creates CSV file
CSV file is saved into a folder on server
API syncs folder with CRM

Can you help?
