I need you to develop a wordpress plugin that allow users to subscribe to the website and tweet automaticlly on behlf of user by granting the wordpress to select a post randomly. The user can decide the tweeting interval between each tweet. The website posts are usfull tips may like to tweet them in their Twitter account.
