Libreoffice plugin

For LibreOffice plugin an interface will be needed to perform simple ASCII and Unicode based text conversion. The system needs to work offline. The mapping dataset between ASCII code-page character with Unicode character and algorithm (ASCII to Unicode or Unicode to ASCII character replaced by rules) is already defined. The developer needs to implement the algorithm accordingly and make the input/output structure (raw text, input font as input structure and output font as output structure) of the plugin/add-in based on the client’s demand. It will only go online when there is an update and it will make an API call to sync data. The interface will be defined by the client.
