Funeral Notice Plugin

Hi, my name is Cameron,

I need someone to be able to create a funeral notice plugin for my client's website.
It needs to be user-friendly, so my client can fill out some type of web form for a funeral notice, with all relevant information with a photo and once they submit the form the information is uploaded directly to their website creating a funeral notice for that person.

Of course, the funeral notice would need to theme to the style of the website.
I have provided a link below so you can see what the funeral notices look like on my client's website, which I upload manually after they fill out a web form I created for them, every time they require a funeral notice.
They love this style and look I have created for their funeral notices but they wish for an automated process.
