Build a very, very simple message board
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I will provide all the HTML templates. Fully designed and completed. You'll just need to add the PHP. All the details and requirements are included in the attached file.
You will need to message me and ask for the password and view the templates and requests before making your proposal.
Any proposals submitted before viewing the archive will be ignored and the users will be blocked from posting on future projects since they are either using a bot or they have terrible reading comprehension.
I'll be happy to hire a new user who is needing the reputation added to their profile.
This will hopefully start a new business relationship between us for future projects, as I have with many of my past employees on projects on Freelancer.
I will require full rights\ownership to the code using the Freelancer program so that it cannot be sold or changed in ways to be able to sell it as your own. The awarded freelancer will be required to sign an Intellectual Property (IP) Agreement to acknowledge the transfer of rights for the completed project.
