Project: Add Outbound Call & Barge-in Functionality (Telnyx + OpenAI Realtime API)
I already have a working GitHub repo that connects Telnyx with OpenAI Realtime API.

Currently, the code handles only inbound calls.
What I need:
1. Extend the existing code to also handle outbound calls.
* My code should be able to initiate a call to a customer.
* On call connect, AI should respond to the customer in realtime.
2. Add barge-in functionality (customer can interrupt AI).
* Example: If the customer says “send me an email”, then the code should trigger a function (like sending an email).
3. Ensure the addition is clean and works with the existing repo (not a full rewrite).
Budget: ₹1000 – ₹2000 (INR)
Expecting quick delivery since base code is already available.
