We need someone to configure our Plesk Email Server properly.

Currently we have the following status:
The email server on our Plesk server is set up so that everything runs via sendgrid. So as a relay. The problem is that the emails do not arrive at the german email provider "t-online". There they are blocked. The "public IP" of sendgrid is also on several blacklists.

We don't want to order a dedicated IP from sendgrid for 90$ per month, because we don't send hundreds of thousands of emails per month. We are only a small web agency.

For this reason we are looking for someone who can configure our Plesk server so that the email service works normally and the emails have a good score. For example here is a test of an email from our server. It seems that a lot of things are broken here.

For us it is important that the emails from our server end up in the inbox at gmail (Google Mail) as well as at t-online and do not end up in spam or are blocked.

Here is an article from sendgrid about the t-online problem.

Our server is with the provider:
https://upcloud.com/

It is also important that the existing email accounts or users who are currently using the email service can continue to use the email service and do not have to change anything.
However, I think because of settings to DNS and Co. nothing should change for the users. In the end, the users should not really feel anything from the work.
