Plesk SMTP Smart Host Fix
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
I manage several websites on a dedicated server running Plesk, and right now outgoing mail is simply not being delivered. I already relay through a smart host, yet messages either vanish or end up flagged as spam. I need the full mail stack—Postfix/Qmail, SMTP authentication, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reverse DNS and relay settings—reviewed and corrected so every domain on the server lands reliably in recipients’ inboxes.
Here’s what I expect: first, a quick audit of the current configuration and DNS. Next, the necessary changes to Plesk and the smart-host settings to eliminate delivery issues. Finally, clear documentation of what was changed so I can maintain it.
Acceptance criteria
• All domains pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks on MXToolbox (or similar)
• Test messages reach Gmail and Outlook inboxes without bouncing or spam-folder placement
• A concise change log with rollback steps is supplied
If you have hands-on experience fixing Plesk-based deliverability problems, let me know exactly where you’ve done this before—no need for lengthy proposals, just evidence of similar successes.
