Diagnose & Fix Plesk Outage
Budget: $30 – $60 USD
My AlmaLinux 8.10 server is running Plesk, Juggernaut Firewall, Apache, PHP-FPM, MariaDB and sits behind Cloudflare. After a recent DDoS wave I tightened the Juggernaut Firewall rules following AI-generated advice and, ever since, the main website only returns blank pages while every other hosted or backup domain works fine. Web pages are the only service failing; mail and databases stay responsive.
I already restarted services and even rebooted the node, yet the symptom persists. I need an expert who routinely works with Plesk and Juggernaut Firewall to:
• Dive into Apache, PHP-FPM and MariaDB logs to pinpoint the root cause of the blank-page delivery.
• Audit the latest Juggernaut Firewall changes I applied and reverse or fine-tune anything that is blocking legitimate web traffic.
• Restore normal page loading without touching the functioning addon domains.
• Document exactly what went wrong and give me step-by-step hardening guidance so I can fend off future DDoS spikes without taking the main site offline again.
Need to check the mail server too for outgoing message to pass the tests
