Unlock Siemens IPC427E in Pune

I have a Siemens IPC427E microbox running a live process in Pune. The unit is currently write-protected, and I need the ladder logic opened up so we can tweak a few operating parameters inside the existing functions. Unfortunately, the original project files are missing, so the first step is to pull the program directly from the device, remove any password or write lock, and then make the required parameter adjustments.

You will need to work on-site, connect to the IPC427E, back up the project, modify the parameters in the relevant rungs, re-download, and prove that the machine runs as before with the updated values. Typical tools will be TIA Portal / Step 7 and whatever utilities you normally use for Siemens IPC password removal.
