Unlock Hybrid Mould Machine

I have a Neelgiri hybrid plastic-injection mould machine whose control panel is now locked behind the factory passcode. We only enabled the basic digital security that ships with the unit and, unfortunately, the original code has been misplaced, leaving production at a stand-still.

Your job is to help me regain full access to the controller, clear or reset the existing passcode, and ensure I can set a new one of my choice. I’m open to remote guidance (PLC/HMI walkthrough, EEPROM dump analysis, ladder-logic edits, etc.) or an on-site visit if that proves faster—whichever method you feel is safest for the hardware and complies with standard servicing practice.

Deliverable:
– Machine powers up straight to the main operational screen without requesting the old code, with written steps so I can reproduce the fix or change the code in future.

Once confirmed, I’ll test cycle the press to verify that no other parameters were altered. Looking forward to getting this machine back online quickly.
