I run a production line that uses a 3D facial-tissue nylon over-wrapping machine, and it has started to show too many packaging inconsistencies—misaligned folds, variable tension, and the odd unsealed edge. My priority is to boost overall efficiency by eliminating these errors, not to overhaul or repair the entire unit.

What I need from you is an experienced packaging-equipment engineer who knows this specific machine style inside out and can guide an optimisation programme that:

• Diagnoses the root causes of the current inconsistencies (mechanical, sensor calibration, or software parameters).
• Tunes or redesigns settings, motion profiles, or change-parts to stabilise output.
• Hands over a concise parameter sheet and step-by-step adjustment roadmap so my in-house technicians can maintain the improved state.

We can begin with remote assessment via live video and data logs; if an on-site visit is eventually required, we can schedule it as a separate milestone. Tools you are comfortable with—PLC software, HMI dashboards, servo drive settings, tension control systems—should be referenced so I can prepare access.

Successful completion is verified when a two-hour test run meets our target: fewer than 1 in 1,000 packs rejected for wrap quality.
