I'm seeking an experienced TIA Portal programmer to assist with PLC programming on an S7-1500 using Ladder Logic.

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in TIA Portal and S7-1500 PLCs
- Proficient in Ladder Logic programming
- Ability to develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs

Ideal Skills:
- Strong background in industrial automation
- Familiarity with HMI design and project troubleshooting is a plus
- Siemens certification is an advantage
