On-Site MES Implementation Engineer
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
Our manufacturing plant is rolling out a full-scale Manufacturing Execution System and I need a product engineer who can lead the on-site deployment from first install to post-go-live support. This is an enterprise-level implementation aimed squarely at boosting production efficiency, so real-world experience configuring and tuning MES modules on the shop floor is essential.
You will collaborate with our IT and operations teams, map existing workflows, migrate critical data, and interface the new MES with PLCs, SCADA, and our upstream ERP. Once the system is live, you’ll fine-tune performance, track key KPIs, and coach supervisors and line operators until they are completely self-sufficient.
Deliverables expected:
• Fully configured MES environment aligned to current production workflows
• Verified integrations with machines, sensors, and ERP data feeds
• User and admin training sessions with quick-reference guides
• Cut-over plan and post-implementation performance report demonstrating measurable efficiency gains
Success is met when the plant runs on the new MES without manual workarounds and shows quantifiable cycle-time improvements against the baseline. If you have hands-on MES roll-outs under your belt and can be on site for the critical phases, let’s schedule a kick-off.
