Siemens TIA Portal Programmer Needed

I'm looking to hire an experienced PLC programmer to complete a detailed assignment using Siemens TIA Portal and Simumatik. This task involves programming a simulated machine called Tracking_clone, managing recipes, implementing alarms, visualizing data trends, and creating a graphical HMI interface using WinCC.
Scope of Work:
PLC Programming (TIA Portal):
Use at least two IEC 61131-3 programming languages (e.g., Ladder Diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Text (ST), etc.).
Structure the project properly with clear and meaningful naming conventions.
Program communication between two PLCs.
Reusable Function Block:
Create at least one reusable block (e.g., for engine or task control).
Demonstrate its use in multiple instances within the project.
Recipe Management (Work Orders):
Handle work orders with fields:
AO (Work Order number)
Quantity (e.g., 5 packages)
Unloading destination (e.g., Unloading 1)
Implement logic for timed unloading of packages.
Include a second recipe function that auto-sorts boxes based on type (corrugated or metal), one package at a time.
IO List:
Create a comprehensive IO list based on the Tracking_clone machine in Simumatik.
Example signal: Tracking_clone.product_entry.input
Alarms & Trend Monitoring:
Implement at least one alarm (e.g., timeout between A to B).
Create and configure an alarm list.
Include a trend window to track work order processing time.
HMI Interface (WinCC):
Page for entering a recipe manually.
Page for confirming recipe from the PLC.
Start button for starting the sequence.
View with alarm list.
View with trend graph.
