Siemens PLC Wiring As Per IEC 60617 only in AutoCAD..

I’m moving a complete Siemens-based control package from concept to shop-floor and need the full PLC and SCADA wiring designed and documented to IEC 60617. The installation will tie together multiple controllers, a bank of sensors, and several actuators, so every field device and panel terminal has to be called out clearly and terminated correctly.
At this point I do not have an existing wiring diagram, so the first task is to create one from scratch, including all cable schedules, terminal legends, and cross-references. I will supply the I/O list, equipment data sheets, and a rough network topology; you translate that into clean, standards-compliant drawings and any supporting documents needed for build and commissioning.
Deliverables I expect
• Complete wiring diagrams and schematics to IEC 60617
• Panel layout drawings with terminal assignments
• Bill of materials and cable schedule
• PDF and native files (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or equivalent)
Acceptance criteria
• Every controller, sensor, and actuator represented with correct symbols and pinouts
• Wire tags and terminal numbers match the I/O list one-to-one
• Drawings pass an internal IEC 60617 checklist review without rework
