Schneider PLC/HMI Water Plant Automation
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
I’m looking for an experienced controls engineer to develop a compact PLC + HMI/SCADA application for a small process-water treatment skid. The schedule is tight, delivery within two weeks from award—so I need someone who can work efficiently and communicate progress clearly. The platform is Schneider EcoStruxure: a Control Expert project for a Modicon PLC and a HMI for the operator interface.
Scope is straightforward: implement core automatic/semi-automatic sequences, permissives and interlocks, and a clean operator interface (overview plus equipment pop-ups) with alarm management, basic trending, and approximately 30 days of local data logging. Include role-based access (operator/supervisor) and a simple, read-only data exposure for a plant system over Modbus. Please plan for a light remote FAT with simulation so we can sign off quickly and hand over the runtime/source packages.
Deliverables are the fully commented PLC project (only in ladder logic), the HMI/SCADA project with screens/alarms/trends/logging configured, a brief handover document (I/O map and alarm list are enough), and short screen-capture videos of the main functions running in simulation. I can do quick check-ins every 1–2 days to keep decisions unblocked.
