Primary PLC Programming Needed

I have a new industrial control system under development and now need the core PLC program written from scratch. The hardware has already been selected; I can share the full I/O list, functional specification and any wiring drawings you require once we start.

Your role will be to translate those documents into a clean, well-structured PLC application, fully commented and ready for download to the controller. I’ll also count on you to:

• model or simulate the logic so we can prove operation before installation
• make reasonable tag-naming and memory-usage choices to keep future maintenance simple
• supply the compiled program, the editable source file and a quick hand-off guide that explains each routine

If you can stay available for remote support during first power-up and commissioning, even better—please mention that in your bid.

I’m happy to walk through the process flow and safety interlocks on a call and will provide prompt feedback on each revision so we move quickly from concept to a running machine.
