Phoenix PLC Data Monitoring SCADA
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Using a Phoenix Contact PLC, I need a fully-working setup that continuously acquires sensor readings and machine-performance metrics, then serves them to a SCADA front end for real-time dashboards, trending and alarm handling. The PLC program must be written, tested and commented, communicating over both Modbus and Ethernet/IP so the installation can talk reliably to existing field devices and higher-level systems.
I will provide the I/O list, signal ranges and any site-specific tag naming conventions. Your job is to configure the hardware, create the PLC logic, build the SCADA screens (status overview, detailed equipment pages, historical trends and basic alarm summary) and deliver everything ready for commissioning. Please include the source files, an importable tag database and a brief hand-over document that explains how to expand or modify the project in the future.
Remote FAT over a secure session is fine; once it passes, I’ll schedule site acceptance.
