Packaging PLC & SCADA Integration

I need a complete PLC program and matching SCADA interface for a manufacturing packaging line. The goal is to automate every step of the packaging process, give operators a clear real-time view of machine status, and let me capture production data for later analysis.

The PLC side will cover all field I/O, safety interlocks, motor and actuator control, and the usual sequence logic. On the SCADA side I expect intuitive mimic screens, alarm handling, trend logging, and remote access so I can diagnose issues without walking to the line. I am open to your preferred platform—Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or another—so long as it is well supported and you include the source files.

Deliverables I need from you:
• PLC project file ready to download to hardware
• SCADA runtime and editable source with navigation, alarms, and trends configured
• A concise I/O list, tag database, and wiring diagram
• Commissioning support until the line runs reliably for a full shift
• Operator and maintenance documentation in clear English
