I need a complete control solution for a small, PLC-driven pneumatic packaging line that handles granule-type products such as chips or grains. The hardware is already fixed: a MicroLogix 1100 Series B running RSLogix 500. Your job is to translate the mechanical sequence I describe below into a rock-solid ladder program and an accompanying pneumatic circuit diagram.

Process overview
• Three independent filling cylinders dispense 300 g, 100 g, and 500 g portions, respectively.
• After dosing, the pouch travels to a combined sealing-and-cutting station.
• The finished pouch is then released onto a conveyor.

What I need from you
1. An RSLogix 500 ladder file (.RSS) with clearly labeled rungs, simulated inputs/outputs, and structured comments so I can follow every step of the sequence.
2. A pneumatic schematic showing all valves, air lines, actuators, regulators, and sensors that match the ladder logic. Use industry symbols so I can hand it straight to my machine builder.
3. Tag list and brief operation description (PDF or Word) so anyone on my team can understand how to start, stop, and troubleshoot the system.

Key points to cover in your solution
• Weight-based dosing for the three target weights, including tare and settle logic.
• Sequential control: fill → seal → cut → discharge, with permissives and safety interlocks.
• Granule handling considerations (e.g., gentle actuator motion to prevent product damage).
• Flexibility to use either linear, rotary, or gripper actuators and the sensor type you feel best suits the task—just show how each is wired in the I/O map.
• All simulated signals must compile and run in RSLogix 500 without errors so I can test offline before wiring the real panel.

Acceptance criteria
– Ladder downloads without faults to a MicroLogix 1100 Series B.
– Online test (using RSLogix 500 simulator) demonstrates the full cycle repeatedly.
– Pneumatic diagram aligns one-to-one with the I/O schedule and actuator motions.
