PLC Programming for Ozone Pump System

Job ID: 40154615

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I have a water-treatment skid that recirculates water through a bank of pumps and an ozone generator, then sends the finished stream to storage tanks. The attached schematic shows the valve logic and motor loads; what I need now is the brains.

Task
You will select a compact, readily available PLC (or other basic logic controller) that can:
• sequence three pumps dedicated to water circulation,
• run the ozone generator on a programmable timer,
• switch flow to the final storage tanks once ozonisation is complete,
• provide hard-wired manual-override switches, and
• report simple status via LED indicators (no touchscreen or text LCD).

Once the hardware is chosen, write and supply the ladder/structured-text program with annotated source code. Finally, assemble the control panel—including breakers, relays and field terminals—and produce a clean wiring diagram that matches the build.

Deliverables
1. Controller model justification and bill of materials
2. Fully commented program file and compiled project backup
3. As-built control panel (photos & test video)
4. CAD or PDF wiring diagram with terminal numbers
5. Short commissioning guide so my on-site team can set timers and use the manual overrides

I will verify the job by loading the code, running the pumps through one complete ozone cycle, checking LED status, and switching every device in manual mode. If everything matches the schematic and the wiring diagram, the project is accepted.

Let me know the PLC family you favour and the build time you need, and we can get started.
