PLC Programming for Industrial Automation

We are seeking an experienced freelance PLC programmer to configure and commission an automation system using an INVT IVC1S-1006MAT PLC. The project involves integration with an INVT 400W servo motor, a DH-Robotics RGI-100-30 electric gripper, and several pneumatic cylinders. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with motion control, industrial automation, and system integration.
Scope of Work:
Configure and program INVT IVC1S-1006MAT PLC
Integrate and control INVT 400W servo motor (position, speed, and torque control as required)
Interface and program DH-Robotics RGI-100-30 electric gripper
Develop logic for controlling multiple pneumatic cylinders (via solenoid valves)
Implement I/O mapping, safety interlocks, and sequencing logic
Ensure smooth communication between PLC, servo drive, and gripper (Modbus/communication protocol as applicable)
Perform system testing, debugging, and optimization
Provide documentation (program structure, I/O list, and operation description)
