PLC Program for Machine Control
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for a seasoned PLC developer to write a clean, fully commented program that will run one stand-alone machine with a few components, The controller brand is going to be ADAM 5000 TCP.
The code must start, stop and interlock the machine safely, support both automatic and manual operation, generate clear fault messages, and allow operators to tweak timers or set-points from an HMI or front-panel keypad. I’ll provide the electrical drawings, I/O list and a brief sequence of operations; your job is to translate that into solid ladder logic (or FBD / ST, if that suits you better) and guide me through bench testing before we power up on-site.
Deliverables
1. Editable PLC project file with full comments
2. Compiled download file ready for commissioning
3. Short commissioning checklist so I can verify every I/O and interlock in the field
Once we agree on the development environment and a test schedule, we can get started right away.
