PLC Program Development
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a seasoned PLC programmer to take a production-line concept and turn it into a reliable, fully tested control program. The exact hardware platform is still open, so if you are comfortable with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi or a comparable system, please let me know which you recommend and why.
Scope of work
From I/O mapping through logic design and final commissioning, you’ll handle the full programming cycle. The process involves several motors, sensors and safety interlocks; once the logic is stable, I’ll also want the option of tying the PLC into a higher-level HMI or SCADA package, so keep that expansion path in mind while structuring the code.
Deliverables
• Native PLC project file with clear, in-line comments
• Exported documentation (tag list, I/O list, alarm table)
• Remote or on-site start-up support until the machine runs to spec
