I need a complete PLC solution for my omni-wheel sorter conveyor. Your brief is to design and program the PLC logic that handles precise motor control across the belt sections, then create the electrical drawings and parts list for a compact, easy-to-service control panel that houses the PLC, drives and auxiliaries.
Here’s what I will hand over on day one: the mechanical drawings of the sorter conveyor, motor data sheets and an I/O wish-list. From you I expect the finished ladder (or Structured Text) program, annotated I/O map, panel layout in CAD, wiring schematics, and a short commissioning guide so my in-house technician can power up and run initial tests.
