PLC Ladder, HMI & SCADA Setup

Job ID: 40107212

Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR

I’m looking to wrap up a small automation package for a mixing system: complete ladder logic, a clean-looking HMI, and a WinCC Explorer-level SCADA project.
The PLC side comes first. I’ll supply the process sequence; what I need back is a well-structured ladder program that handles the full mixing cycle, interlocks, alarms, and manual/auto modes. Please stay within standard Siemens conventions so it drops straight into TIA Portal without rework.

Once the logic compiles, the operator interface follows. Two panel classes are in scope—Basic and Comfort—so the graphics must resize gracefully. Every screen should include:
• Start/Stop controls for the mixer
• Speed adjustment with setpoint entry and real-time feedback
• Error and alarm reporting, clearly grouped by severity

Finally, I want a WinCC Explorer runtime that mirrors those same tags, logs critical data, and gives me a simple trend view. Hand me the finished *.scu and associated archives ready to run; no licensing workarounds necessary.

Acceptance criteria
• Ladder logic downloads and runs first time on my test PLC, all I/O mapping intact
• HMI navigates without broken links and respects the color/visibility rules I’ll share
• SCADA project connects on first attempt, logs data, and raises an alarm when I force a fault bit

Source files—.ap14, .hmi, and .scu—should be delivered in an organized folder tree with a brief read-me so future maintenance is painless.
