PLC Integration & Alarm Diagnosis Tool

I am working in Verification and Validation lab, integrate Emerson smart products (HART/ProfiBus/Profinet) with Siemens PCS7 + Step7 +PDM PLC. When any alarm comes on the product or Siemens PCS7 + Step7 + PDM, I verify all of them but for that I need to check in dozens of Siemens manuals which take hours to complete. The goal for me is when a diagnostic alarm appears during testing, engineers should immediately understand the meaning, probable causes, impact, verification steps, and expected behavior without manually searching dozens of Siemens manuals.
