PLC & HMI UF/RO Automation

I need a complete PLC application—logic and HMI—that will fully automate both the Ultrafiltration (UF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) sections of a water-treatment skid. The control scope covers every critical field device on the plant: pumps driven through VFDs, globe and on/off valves, flow meters, level transmitters (LT), level switches (LS), pressure transmitters/switches (PT/PS), and the pH / conductivity probes that protect membrane integrity.

The sequence must manage start-up, normal production, back-flush and CIP where relevant, while enforcing interlocks on pressure, level and quality limits. Alarms, trends and manual-override features should be available from an intuitive touch-screen HMI so operators can see live values and step through maintenance modes without needing a laptop.

• I/O map and tag list that matches the code
• Functional description or short commissioning guide

I will supply wiring diagrams and P&IDs; you hand back online-downloadable files plus an offline simulation or PDF screenshots that prove the sequences work before site deployment.
