Project Description:
I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me with implementing a PID controller for a Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) using an Allen-Bradley PLC with writing a full Ladder program and report as requested in the attached PDF file. The project requires the following:
Setpoint for the PID Controller:
- The desired setpoint for the PID controller is a fixed value.
PLC Brand and Model:
- The PLC required for this project is Allen-Bradley.
Expected Complexity of the Control System:
- The complexity of the control system is expected to be at an intermediate level.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with implementing PID controllers for CSTRs.
- Proficiency in programming Allen-Bradley PLCs.
- Strong understanding of control system complexities.
- Familiarity with process control and automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug control systems.
