AS332T-A PLC CAN Integration
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need an experienced automation engineer to make my AS332T-A PLC and its FCOPM function card talk reliably over CAN bus to an industrial controller already on site. The link must cover full device management as well as command and feedback for the 2 traction and 2 steering motors.
What I will supply:
• The AS332T-A hardware with FCOPM card installed
• Existing CAN pin-out and any vendor manuals I have
• Remote access to the target industrial controller for bench testing
What I expect back:
1. A working CAN configuration on both sides, including all object dictionaries or message IDs required.
2. Tested PLC code (structured text or ladder—your choice) that exposes the necessary parameters and motor controls.
3. A concise commissioning guide so my maintenance team can reload or tweak the setup without you.
4. Final on-line session to validate the link under load and fine-tune motor response.
If you have solid CAN bus experience with PLCs and motion control, let’s get this running smoothly.
Work Flow :
at PLC input channel there is rotary encoder , as per encoder position steering motor will change its angle.
PLC has analogue module , at channel 1 as per voltage traction motor will change its speed
as per PLC input , traction motor will on and off
all this system will work on CAN bus
for traction and steering motor there is seperate controller
