Job Title: Experienced PLC Automation Engineer (Programming + On-Site Commissioning)
Description:
We are looking for a skilled PLC Automation Engineer with strong experience in both software programming and on-site hardware commissioning. The ideal candidate should have independently handled multiple automation projects—from control logic design and PLC/SCADA programming to field wiring checks, panel testing, and site commissioning.
Responsibilities:
Develop and modify PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Schneider / Mitsubishi preferred).
Conduct system integration, testing, and troubleshooting of control panels and field instruments.
Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and I/O testing.
Coordinate with the electrical and instrumentation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare documentation, wiring lists, and support FAT/SAT activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in PLC automation projects (industrial or process-based).
Hands-on knowledge of PLC hardware, wiring, sensors, actuators, and communication protocols.
Ability to work independently and deliver project milestones with minimal supervision.
Availability for on-site visits or commissioning support as required.
Experience with SCADA integration, VFDs, and control panel design.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
