Omron PLC Debug Assistance Adelaide
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m looking for a seasoned Omron PLC specialist to locate and correct faults inside an existing program that is already running on site, in Adelaide South Australia. The core of the assignment is pure debugging—no new hardware, no ground-up rewrites—just smart, efficient troubleshooting of the current ladder / structured-text logic so the machine can run reliably.
What I expect from you:
- Be local to Adelaide South Australia
• Analyse the uploaded CX-Programmer or Sysmac Studio project, reproduce the reported issue, and pinpoint its root cause.
• Rewrite or adjust the affected rungs, function blocks, or tags to eliminate the fault while preserving the rest of the logic.
• Compile and download the updated code (either through a remote session or packaged for our technician to load) and confirm that all I/O, safety interlocks, and alarms behave as intended.
• Deliver a concise change log and brief technical note explaining what was wrong, what you changed, and how to verify the fix in the future.
I can provide the current program file, I/O list, and a short video of the fault in action. Remote access via TeamViewer or VPN to the PLC is available if you prefer live testing.
