Netherlands PLC Commissioning Engineer

Job ID: 40240800

Budget: €36 – €0 EUR

I need an experienced electrical engineer who can hit the ground running on-site in the Netherlands to commission industrial automation and control systems that are driven by Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). The equipment is already installed; what is missing is the final push—power-up, I/O checks, logic verification, and system acceptance—so production can start without a hitch.

You will interface with my local installation crew, review and, where necessary, fine-tune the PLC code, walk the operators through functional testing, and generate the documentation required for hand-over. Familiarity with the usual suspects—Siemens, Allen-Bradley or comparable platforms—is essential, as is a pragmatic attitude toward safety and EU compliance.

Deliverables I expect:
• A fully commissioned PLC-based automation line running to specification
• A concise commissioning report that lists any punch-list items and their resolution
• Updated as-built drawings or program backups, ready for our maintenance team

Site access and basic tools are arranged; travel within the Netherlands may be required for multiple plants. If you thrive on troubleshooting live systems, speak clear technical English, and can start soon, let’s talk.
