Liquid Filler PLC Rewiring

Job ID: 39926370

Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD

I need the whole system rewired around a modern PLC/timer so the process timing is rock-solid and adjustable from a panel.

Scope Filling Machine
• Remove the existing timer circuitry and install a PLC-based control panel and timer.
• Design and supply the new wiring diagram, cabinet layout, and bill of materials.
• Program the timer to manage only the filling-process timing for now; liquid-level or motor control can stay on the old relays but please leave spare I/O for future expansion.
• Calibrate the cycle time on site (or guide me remotely) until the dose is repeatable within my ±1 % tolerance.
• location in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) near Rabigh in Saudi Arabia.

Scope Cooking Machine
• Remove the existing timer circuitry and install a PLC-based control panel and timer.
• Design and supply the new wiring diagram, cabinet layout, and bill of materials.

Flexibility
I have no brand allegiance, so you are free to suggest Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or another reliable platform you can support and source quickly in my region.

Deliverables
1. Complete electrical schematic in PDF + editable format
2. PLC project file with clearly commented ladder or structured text
3. Panel layout and wiring list
4. Step-by-step commissioning guide
5. One round of remote support after installation to fine-tune the timing

If you have previously converted relay-timed filling machines to PLC control, please share an example so I can see your approach.
