Intouch SCADA Development: 150 Screens
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m building a comprehensive Intouch SCADA application for a manufacturing line and need a seasoned developer to take it from concept to a fully tested runtime project. The scope is roughly 150 operator-friendly screens that deliver seamless real-time data monitoring, robust alarm management, and detailed historical data logging.
The plant’s PLC infrastructure will supply the field data, so every tag, alarm, trend, and script must integrate cleanly with those controllers. I will provide PLC tag lists, P&IDs, and naming conventions; you will configure the Intouch tag database, create graphic templates, and wire up communications.
Key expectations
• Screens: about 150, laid out logically by area (raw material, process, packaging, utilities, etc.) with dynamic objects, navigation, and pop-ups.
• Features: live value display, color-coded status, alarm banners & summary pages, historical trending with filtering, and operator acknowledgments.
• PLC integration: verified read/write testing on an OPC channel; no loose ends.
• Documentation: tag list in spreadsheet form, alarm matrix, and a deployment guide so my in-house team can maintain the system.
Acceptance criteria
1. All tags resolve in runtime with sub-second updates.
2. Alarms trigger, log, and clear as per the matrix.
3. At least one week of historian data is stored and can be replayed in trends.
4. Screens meet the approved style guide and navigate with no dead links.
Deliver the complete Intouch application folder, compiled runtime file, and the supporting documents. Remote FAT through screensharing is fine; on-site SAT can be discussed later.
