Industrial SCADA Monitoring Solution
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a SCADA setup for an industrial automation environment that focuses purely on monitoring. The system has to collect real-time temperature and pressure data from my production line, display it clearly on dashboards, and store the readings so I can review historical trends later.
You may work with any established SCADA platform—Ignition, WIN-CC, FactoryTalk, or another you are comfortable with—as long as it supports reliable polling from our existing PLCs and can be accessed through a standard web interface on the plant network. Alarm limits for both variables should be configurable by me, with email or SMS notifications when thresholds are breached.
Deliverables
• A fully configured SCADA project file (tag database, screens, alarms, historian setup)
• Deployment instructions that let my in-house technician install or restore the project on a clean system
• A brief verification report showing live temperature and pressure values populating the screens and alarms triggering during a simulated fault
