Industrial Programming Project

Need programming for a Seimens S7-1200 with HDMI interface that is installed in 1 device (furnace) and controls second device via RS485 (Inverter power supply). Project requirement is to write a "program generator" and HDMI User Interface so that operators can create different "programs" (essentially diff batch files that are saved and operator selected) have different values for each of the controlled parameters (longer run time, different temp etc). List of equipment, memory registers for both equipment and further information supplied after initial discussion to verify freelancer's experience / ability to provide this type of programming services. SCL, Modbus/Profinet etc skills required.
