Industrial PLC HMI Interface Development
Budget: ₹1,250 – ₹2,500 INR
The task is to build a production-ready HMI application for an industrial automation line. This first phase focuses on one objective: a rock-solid control-systems interface that talks directly to our PLCs. Every screen must let the operator read live machine status, send commands, and adjust set-points without latency or dropped packets.
I will supply the PLC model, tag list, and comms settings; your job is to design and code the HMI layer, wire it to the PLC, and hand back a fully functioning project file with clear deployment notes. Feel free to suggest the most suitable platform or toolkit—whether that is WinCC, Ignition, FactoryTalk, a C#/WPF front end, or another standard used on plant floors—as long as it supports stable PLC connectivity and future expansion.
Deliverables
• Complete HMI project file(s) with source
• Clean, touch-friendly operator screens (minimum: overview, control, diagnostics)
• Verified read/write communication with the PLC over the specified protocol
• Step-by-step setup documentation and a brief hand-off session
Acceptance will be based on successful bench testing with our PLC, smooth navigation, and zero communication errors during a four-hour endurance run.
