I am building a device that is based on controlled resistance in A SWINGING
MOTION.
The device has a swinging arm, swinging back and forth, like a golf swing, a tennis
shot or a baseball hit. I want to create the resistance by moving oil from one side
to the other side of a double rod small cylinder, through a controlled size orifice.

I tested it and it works well and very smooth. I have already done the mechanical
design converting the rotational motion to a linear motion and it’s in production
already.

We must cater for a right-handed and a left-handed swing.
There will be 2 models. The one is totally manual and the other electronically
controlled by a proportional flow control valve driven by a PLC operated by a UI.
The manual unit is simple for me to build using this circuit:

I want to be able to control the resistance (both ways) from very high, meaning a
highly restricted flow control all the way to slight pressure assisted helping the
swinger in his training. That will give us full control for right and left-handed users.

What am I looking for:
1. A person with hydraulic experience with specific experience with
proportional flow control valves and their software and control.
2. To take over a similar UI and make adjustments to fit the new system.
3. Program the control to and the system
4. Recommend additional or alternative hardware if needed
5. Test though video conferencing the operation
6. Start immediately and complete within 2-3 weeks
7. Good communicator and ability to do in English or Hebrew.
