Hands-On PLC & SCADA Coaching

Job ID: 40400659

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I’m building a small hydraulic test rig and I want to master the entire Delta PLC + DIAView SCADA workflow while we bring the machine to life. I already have basic PLC programming skills, but SCADA is new territory for me, and I’m looking for a mentor rather than a “just-send-me-code” solution.

System hardware on my bench
• Delta PLC managing one hydraulic cylinder through a proportional speed valve
• RS-485 indicators tied into the PLC for a 100 kg load cell and an LVDT position sensor

Functional goals we’ll implement together
1. Auto-zero when the load cell reads 5 g
2. Capture and store position at 20 kg, 40 kg and 60 kg
3. Run three complete test cycles from a single START command
4. Allow pause / resume at any point in travel
5. Produce a report with a load-vs-position graph after each run

What I expect from you
• Live step-by-step coaching sessions (screen-share or similar) as we write ladder logic and structure the DIAView HMI
• Explanations of every rung, tag and script so I truly understand the why as well as the how
• Guidance on best practices for data logging, recipe handling and graphing inside DIAView
• A short written recap after each session so I can review and practice offline

Acceptance when
• The rig performs all five functions reliably in manual and automatic modes
• I can explain each part of the code and HMI layout back to you without prompting
• A sample PDF/CSV report with the plotted curve is generated automatically at the end of a cycle

If patient teaching, Delta hardware know-how and DIAView expertise are your strengths, let’s schedule the first session and get started.
